【Abstract】 Under the impacts of current financial crisis, more and more U.S and EU banks and industrial enterprises are on the verge of bankruptcy, defaults rates of bonds and loans are increasing rapidly.The quality of U.S consumer loans,credit cards,automobile loans are deterioating at faster speed.In turn,those credit deflaults might trigger derivative bombs which generate explosion several times more severe than subprime loan crisis last year. If US government and Fed continue their current way of printing money to bailout banks, it may pose great danger of inflation which may wipe out US citizen savings and China’s two trillion dollar foreign reserves.All countries including China shouldnot keep silent about this emerging danger.更多还原
