水菖蒲活性物质β-细辛醚对玉米象不同虫态的熏蒸作用

【摘要】 为了确定水菖蒲(Acorus calamus)活性成分β-细辛醚对玉米象Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky的熏蒸活性,研究β-细辛醚对玉米象不同虫态的熏蒸作用。结果表明:β-细辛醚对玉米象4种虫态都有一定的熏蒸作用,其中对成虫的熏蒸效果最好,其次是卵,幼虫和蛹对β-细辛醚具有较高的耐药性。以质量浓度为200μL/L熏蒸卵120h后,卵的死亡率达到了99.09%。对幼虫和蛹的熏蒸作用不明显。对成虫熏蒸120h后,LC50为17.82μL/L。

【Abstract】 The fumigant toxicity of β-asarone extracted from Acorus calamus against the adults and immature stages of Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky were studied. The results showed that β-asarone had fumigant toxicity to all of the four stages of the insect. The fumigant has the most toxicity to the adult,followed to the egg,while the larva and pupa possessed a relatively high resistance to β-asarone. When the egg was treated with β-asarone at 200 μL/L concentration for 120 hours,the mortality was 99.09%. β-asarone showed little fumigation activity to the larva and pupa. After being treated for 120 hours,the LC_ 50 for S. zeamais adult was 17.82 μL/L.
