【摘要】 目的观察口腔脱敏糊剂治疗228例牙本质过敏症患者的疗效。方法用双盲法将228例出现牙本质过敏症的患者随机分成2组,分别用口腔脱敏糊剂和普通牙膏刷牙,记录使用牙膏前及使用牙膏后2、4周的牙齿敏感指数,观察其疗效。结果和普通牙膏相比,口腔脱敏糊剂在治疗牙本质过敏症的患者时疗效有显著性差异。结论口腔脱敏糊剂对牙本质过敏症有较好的治疗效果,且使用方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of oral desensitized in treatment of 228 patients with dentin hypersensitivity.Methods A total of 228 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were randomly divided into two groups with double blind method.Patients in treatment group were treated with oral desensitized paste,and patients in control group were treated with common toothpaste.The sensitivity of teeth was evaluated before treatment,and after 2-week and 4-week treatments.Results The effective rates of treatment group treated with oral desensitized paste were significantly higher than those of control group treated with common toothpaste.There were statistically significant difference s between the two groups.Conclusion Oral desensitized paste has good therapeutic efficacy for patients with dentin hypersensitivity,and it can be used easily.更多还原
