掺杂铁的TiO2薄膜光催化性能研究
Research on Photo-catalytic Degradation of TiO2 Film Doping Fe3+
【摘要】 采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了TiO2薄膜。在掺杂铁元素后,研究了其在紫外光光照下对甲基橙及黄药的光催化降解效果。研究结果表明:掺杂一定量铁元素的TiO2薄膜对甲基橙及黄药有较好的光催化降解效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper,TiO2 films were prepared by Sol-Gol method.After doping Fe3+ into TiO2 films,the effects of photo-catalytic degradation of the methyl orange and xanthate under the UV-light were researched.The results indicated that doping of Fe3+ into TiO2 films had better effect of photo-catalytic degradation.
