【摘要】 目的探讨盐城地区≥65岁入出境老年旅行者梅毒血清学阳性产生的原因及卫生检疫证明签发。方法列表分析老年旅行者感染抗梅毒螺旋体抗体的年龄分布、滴度分布,假阳性产生的生物学基础与原因。结果≥65岁入出境老年旅行者梅毒血清学阳性率偏高。结论科学分析老年旅行者假阳性产生的原因,规范健康证、入境人员验证证明签发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the reasons of syphilis positive results among outbound elder travelers over 65 years at Yancheng area and the issue of health quarantine certificate. Methods Analyze the age, titer distribution of trponema pallidum antibody and the biological basis and reason of the false positive.Results The Syphilis positive rate is higher among outbound elder travelers over 65 years. Conclusion Regulate the distribution of health certificate and incoming verification certificate through scientifically analyzing the reasons of the false positive.更多还原
