陕西省2007-2008年蔬菜中农药残留污染状况调查

【摘要】 目的为了解陕西地区蔬菜中使用农药残留情况。方法2007年9月和2008年9月对全省6个市县各大农贸市场及超市销售的蔬菜随机抽样检查,采用气相色谱仪法及气相色谱-质谱仪法对10种蔬菜中21种农药残留量进行测定。结果两年共采集蔬菜样品293份,其中2007年采集153份,其中有机磷类农药总检出率4.30%,超标率2.89%。菊酯类农药的总检出率为2.21%,超标率为0.41%。三氯杀螨醇农药检出率为28.10%。2008年采集140份,其中有机磷农药总检出率4.46%,超标率2.62%。菊酯类农药总检出率为1.25%,超标率为0.09%。三氯杀螨醇农药检出率为7.86%。结论陕西地区蔬菜、水果中滥施农药特别是有机磷和三氯杀螨醇等高毒、剧毒农药的情况还是很严重的。

【Abstract】 Objective to explore the situations of pesticide residue used in vegetables in shanxi areas.Method conduct random sample inspection on vegetables sold in farmer’s markets and supermarkets in 6 cities and counties from Sep.2007 to Sep.2008.Gas chromatograph and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer are adopted to identify 21 kinds of pesticide residue in 10 kinds of vegetables.Results:293 vegetable samples are collected in two years among which 153 samples collected in 2007 has a 4.30% detectable rate of organophos-phorus pesticide with a super-standard rate of 2.89%, 2.21% detectable rate of chrysanthemum ester with a su-per-standard rate of 0.41%, and 28.10% detectable rate of dicofol pesticide whereas 140 samples collected in 2008 has a 4.46% detectable rate of organophosphorus pesticide with a super-standard rate of 2.62%, 1.25% de-tectable rate of chrysanthemum ester with a super-standard rate of 0.09%, and 7.86% detectable rate of dicofol pesticide.Results:the abuses of pesticides, particularly organophosphorus and dicofol that is highly toxic in veg-etables and fruits are severe.
