【摘要】 目的观察银杏叶胶囊治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法47例患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,加用银杏叶胶囊口服,治疗4周,观察治疗前后血流变学指标、血脂及临床症状的变化。结果血流变学指标及血脂经治疗后均明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论银杏叶胶囊从血流动力学、血液流变学、组织细胞代谢等多个环节对抗脑缺血及其继发损伤,以达到治疗脑梗死的目的,且未发现明显的副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 0bjective To study the clinic therapeutic effect of Ginkgo Leaves capsule on patients suffering from cerebral infarction. Methods 47 patients with cerebral infarction received Ginkgo biloba L-leaves capsule based on clinic conventional therapy. After 4-week treated,the blood flow rheology and blood-fat were measured to observe the changes while the clinical symptoms were observed. Results After 4-week treated,the blood flow rheology and blood-fat level were lower than that before taking capsule(P<0.01,P<0.05) .Conclusion After taking Ginkgo Leaves capsule,it is helpful to treat cerebral infarction by improving cerebral blood flow and preventing subsequent lesion,and there are little adverse effects.更多还原
