【摘要】 目的分析不同产地罗布麻叶中挥发性成分。方法用HSGC-MS技术分离和鉴定罗布麻叶中挥发性成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的质量分数。结果初步鉴定出53种化合物,不同产地罗布麻叶中挥发性成分有一定差异。结论为罗布麻叶药材的质量评价提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze essential components of Folium Apocyni Veneti from different habitats. Methods The essential components were separated and identified by HSGC-MS.The mass fractions of the components were determined by area normalization method.Results 53 components were identified preliminarily.There were definite differences in essential components of Folium Apocyni Veneti from different habitats.Conclusion There showed that it provided the valuable data for quality assessment of Folium Apocyni Veneti.更多还原
