【摘要】 目的比较构树的各个部位包括皮、花、果实以及不同时期的叶中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品采用紫外分光光度法测定构树各部位总黄酮的含量。结果构树的花、果、皮总黄酮含量分别为1.93%、0.89%、1.94%,不同时期的构树叶中的总黄酮含量最高可达到3.13%。结论构树中各个部位总黄酮的含量由大到小分别为叶、花、皮、果,并且不同时期的构树叶中的总黄酮含量以9月份最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To extract and determine total flavonoids contents at different parts of Broussonetia papyrifera. Methods UV Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content. Result The content of total flavonoids in the infl orescences, fruits and teguments were 0.89%、1.93%、1.94%, respectively, and it can reach maximum to 3.13% in the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera. Conclusion The content of total flavonoids is the highest in the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera especially in September.更多还原
