扶正逐毒丸对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的观察扶正逐毒丸对免疫抑制小鼠机体免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组(环磷酰胺+生理盐水)、扶正逐毒丸大剂量组(环磷酰胺+扶正逐毒丸大剂量)、扶正逐毒丸小剂量组(环磷酰胺+扶正逐毒丸小剂量)4个组。除空白组外其他各组皮下注射环磷酰胺100mg/kg建立免疫抑制模型。给药14天后,进行CD4细胞、CD8细胞、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)检测。结果扶正逐毒丸能够提高免疫抑制小鼠CD4细胞、CD8细胞的百分数值,能够诱生免疫抑制小鼠模型机体血清中的TNF和IL-2及IL-8的含量。结论扶正逐毒丸对免疫抑制小鼠机体的免疫功能有较好的调节作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Fuzhengzhudu Pills on immune function in mice with immunologic suppression. Method The mice were randomly divided into the blank group, model group (given cyclophosphamide and normal saline solution), high-dose Fuzhengzhudu Pills group (given cyclophosphamide and high dose of Fuzhengzhudu Pills) and low-dose Fuzhengzhudu Pills group (given cyclophosphamide and low dose of Fuzhengzhudu Pills). The model of immunologic suppression was established by hypodermic injection of cyclophosphamide (100 mg/kg) in all groups except the blank group. After 14 days CD4 cells, CD8 cells, interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-2 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in mice were detected. Result Fuzhengzhudu Pills increased the percentage of CD4 cells and CD8 cells, and induced serum contents of TNF, IL-2 and IL-8 in mice with immunologic suppression. Conclusion Fuzhengzhudu Pills has a good regulation effect on the immune function in mice with immunologic suppression.
