【摘要】 目的探讨六君子汤对阿霉素(ADM)的增效减毒作用。方法建立S180荷瘤鼠模型后,随机分为4组,对照组、ADM组、六君子汤(高、低剂量)+ADM组,每组10只。造模次日开始给药,共13 d,停药次日处死,观察瘤重抑制率、免疫功能、心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果六君子汤高剂量联合ADM组肿瘤生长明显低于ADM组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,ADM组小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力和自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性明显降低(P<0.05),而各六君子汤治疗组小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力和自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,ADM组心肌SOD活力降低,MDA含量升高,而六君子汤高剂量治疗组相对于ADM组心肌SOD活力升高(P<0.05),MDA含量下降(P<0.05)。结论六君子汤可增加ADM的抑瘤效果,提高机体免疫功能,降低化疗毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objevtive To investigate the efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing effect of Liujunzi Decoction(LD) on adriamycin (ADM).Method The mice were randomly divided into the control group,ADM group,LD group 1(in high dose of LD+ADM) and LD group 2(in low dose of LD+ADM,each n=10) after the establishment of model of mouse bearing S180 sarcoma.The drugs were given to different groups respectively for 13 days one day after the model establishment and the rats were killed one day after the drug administration stopped.The tumor inhibitive rate,body immunity,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in myocardium in mice were observed.Result In LD group 1 the growth of S180 sarcoma was more slow significantly than that in ADM group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group the proliferation of spleen lymthocytes and activities of natural kill cells(NK) were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while in LD group 1 and 2 those were increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group SOD activities was decreased and MDA content was increased in ADM group(P<0.05),while in LD group 1 SOD activities were increased(P<0.05)and MDA content was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Liujunzi Decoction can promote the tumor inhibitive effect of ADM,improve the body immunity and reduce the toxic and side reactions of chemiotherapy.更多还原
