夏热冬冷地区某高层建筑能耗审计与节能改造潜力探讨
Study on Energy Consumption Audit and Energy-saving Retrofit Potential for a High-rise Building in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone
【摘要】 建筑总能耗主要受建筑空调系统能耗变化的影响,空调系统能耗又与建筑自身构造和空调系统的运行方式有关,如建筑朝向、窗户、屋顶、遮阳、窗墙比、通风换气方式、空调系统设备运行管理方式等。为了解夏热冬冷地区公共建筑能耗现状和特点,并为建筑节能设计和既有建筑节能改造提供参考和指导性建议,本文以武汉市房地产交易大厦为例,首先采用能耗模拟与实测调查相结合的方法,对大楼空调系统的运行和管理提出了节能改造建议,而后采用正交试验法,研究得出了各建筑能耗影响因素对建筑负荷影响的主次关系,从而对各影响因子的节能潜力进行探讨。
【Abstract】 The total building energy consumption is mainly influenced by the air-conditioning(A/C) system,while the energy consumption of A/C system was related with building structure and operation conditions,such as building orientation,window,roof,sun-shading,area ratio of window to wall,ventilation patterns and operation and management modes of the equipment.In order to obtain the public building energy consumption status and characteristics in hot summer and cold winter zone,and to provide some recommendations for building energy-saving design and energy efficiency retrofit of existing buildings,Wuhan Real Estate Trading Building was taken as an example to carried out the research work.Firstly,based on the energy consumption simulation and field test,some energy-saving suggestions for operation and management of A/C system were given out.Secondly,the influences of primary impact factors on building load were analyzed by the orthogonal experiment method.Furthermore,energy-saving potential for each impact factor was discussed.
