【摘要】 作为内陆城市,西安近代建筑的发展比沿海开埠城市缓慢,表现也不够充分,因此关于西安近代建筑的研究一直非常稀少。本文作者在对相关的史志、文献进行收集、分析以及现存实例的实地考察、调研的基础上,对西安近代公馆建筑的几个典型实例进行了深入的研究,对西安公馆建筑在空间布局、造型形式、材料做法和设备装修等方面的特征进行了分析总结,并从历史文化和建筑文化两个方面全面揭示了西安近代公馆建筑的价值意义。论文希望能够对西安近代城市居住建筑,乃至西安近代建筑领域的研究有一定的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an inland city,the modern times process of Xi’an architectures is slower and less sufficient than that of the open coastal cities in China.Therefore the study of Xi’an modern time’s architectures is very rare.On the basis of an extensive collection and analysis of the related data and survey of the survival architectures,the authors deeply research its typical examples,then analyze its characteristics of space,form,material,equipment and decoration,finally summarize the value of Xi’an modern times mansion architectures in both historical and architectural aspect.This paper expects to push forward study of the modern times residential architectures,even the modern times architectures in Xi’an.更多还原
