【Abstract】 This paper studied the necessity and effectiveness for government to support property management of the village in city based on the dual attributes that property management not only manages the"property"but als"ohuman and order",besides,the village in city is congenitally deficient on supporting facilities,high management cost and difficult to gather management fee. Combined with the example of Shenzhen,this paper also analyzed the way,the difficulty and the countermeasures for government to prompt property management of the village in city when information is asymmetrical.更多还原
