Contract claim is an important means of project contract mangement.The contractor's claim for expense compensation should include cost claim and profit claim.It is profit claim not cost claim that brings contractor's payoff.Combined with China's current conditions of contruction contract,this article dicussed the contractor's claim for profit according to legal and economic theories.
