【Abstract】 Discusses the causes why China’s endowment insurance work for peasant workers fall into dilemma,points out that China’s present endowment insurance model is incompatible with the characteristics of the life and work of peasant workers. After analyzing the characteristics and differences between social insurance and commer-cial insurance,argues that the commercial insurance model can effectively resolve the issue of peasant workers’ en-dowment insurance,and provides a full demonstration of the proposition.更多还原
