【Abstract】 According to the historical process of industrial development and reform, the reform and opening of construction industry is divided into three phases: emancipating the mind and reform exploration phase, marketization innovation phase, integrating into international market mechanism phase. The reason, process and achievement of each phase is introduced briefly, and the five outstanding problems in construction industry are pointed out.更多还原
