某综合楼电梯井倾斜事故的分析与处理

【摘要】 介绍某综合楼后建电梯井整体倾斜的原因和处理方案,加固纠偏采用基础加宽、注浆、斜顶、水冲掏土及锚杆固定等方法,处理效果良好。

【Abstract】 This thesis provides an analysis and treatment scheme of an integral-inclined, post-built elevator shaft in a certain complex building, some methods were comprehensively used in strengthening and deviation correction, such as foundation widening, grouting, inclined jacking, high-pressure-water-jet soil cutting, bolt fixing, etc., and good treatment effect was achieved.
