T型钢管混凝土相贯节点动力性能试验研究

【摘要】 对T型钢管混凝土相贯节点进行了低周往复荷载的试验研究,加载方式为对主管施加固定轴向荷载,对支管施加循环轴向荷载。试验对象包括4个钢管混凝土相贯节点和1个钢管相贯节点。通过试验得到了节点沿着焊缝处应力分布情况和极值应力点的位置,以及试验节点的破坏模式、耗能能力、刚度和极限承载能力。结果表明,主管中灌入混凝土改变了节点的破坏模式;钢管混凝土节点的应力集中系数要小于钢管节点;钢管内灌入混凝土有效提高了节点的极限承载能力和抗侧移刚度,但节点的滞回性能有所降低。

【Abstract】 In this paper,experimental investigation was conducted to study the hysteretic behavior of concrete-filled tubular T-joints.The main chord was loaded in compression while the brace was under quasi-static cyclic axial loading.Four concrete filled steel T-joints and one pure steel T-joint were tested.The stress concentration factors of both steel and concrete-filled steel tubular T joints were obtained.It is shown that the stress concentration factors were less than those of steel tubular T joints.In addition,the failure modes,the energy dissipation ratio,stiffness and ultimate strength of test specimens were evaluated.It is shown that the filled concrete change the failure mode of T-joints.The filled concrete also effectively enhances the ultimate strength and horizontal stiffness of T-joints,while the hysteretic behaviour of T joints were weakened in some extend.
