灌浆圆钢管桁架-混凝土组合梁试验研究
Experimental research on grouted circular steel tube truss-concrete composite beam
【摘要】 为了减小大跨度梁的自重,便于管道在梁腹通过,实现施工阶段梁的自承重,提出灌浆圆钢管桁架-混凝土组合梁结构。为了解梁的受力性能、破坏机理、正截面承载力及变形计算方法,设计制作4根灌浆圆钢管桁架-混凝土组合梁,通过模型试验考察桁架上弦、下弦、包裹上弦的钢筋混凝土等对组合梁受力性能的影响,介绍4根试验梁从加载到破坏的全过程,建立这种梁的正截面受弯承载力和刚度计算方法。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the weight of large-span beam,making space for utility pipelines passage and to realize the self-supporting of the beam during construction,the idea of grouted circular steel tube truss-concrete composite beam was proposed.Four specimens of grouted circular steel tube truss-concrete composite beam were designed and manufactured.The effects of the top chord,bottom chord and the section of concrete encased top chord on the mechanical property of the composite beam were investigated.The failure process of the four composite beams are reported in this paper.The calculation methods on normal section flexural bearing capacity and flexural stiffness of the composite beam are established.
