【摘要】 为我国南方地区各级政府部门做好防灾减灾工作,将自然灾害造成的人、财、物损失降到最低限度提供决策的理论依据,文章立足于科学发展观,针对我国南方地区的实际情况,通过自然灾害风险评价体系,应用抗自然灾害风险线性规划模型,来优化各行业抗自然灾害风险成本,建立抗自然灾害的防灾减灾机制,并提出具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 To prevent or mitigate natural disasters to minimize the losses in people or property,studies were made on the risk mechanism of natural disasters to provide theoretical basis for government departments at different levels in southern China region.The present evaluation system of natural disasters and a linear programming risk model of natural disasters were adopted to minimize the risk cost of natural disasters and to formulate a risk mechanism to prevent or mitigate natural disasters.更多还原
