G_m-C滤波器电压模—电流模电路伴随变换研究
Research on the adjoint transformation of G_m-C filter from voltage-mode into current-mode circuit
【摘要】 提出适用于Gm-C双二阶滤波器2种模式电路的伴随网络变换方法,给出2个Gm-C双二阶滤波器的伴随变换实例,讨论了它们的传输函数及性能参数,并用SPICE模拟结果对理论分析进行验证。结果表明,电压模式与电流模式Gm-C双二阶滤波器互为伴随网络,有完全相同的传输函数,具有相同的灵敏度和线性度等级,但其供电电压、电流、电源动耗和动态范围不同,且该伴随变换法同样适用于Gm-C高阶连续时间模拟滤波器。
【Abstract】 A specific method suitable for transformation of two modes of Gm-C biquad filter circuit was proposed.Two examples of adjoint transformation of Gm-C biquad filter were presented and their transfer functions and parameters were discussed.The theoretical analysis was verified by SPICE simulation results.It is indicated that the voltage mode and current mode Gm-C biquad filters are adjoint networks of each other with the same transmission functions;that both filters have the same flexibility and linear level,while they differ in supplying power voltage,current,power dynamic consumption and range;that the transformation method adapts to Gm-C triquad continuous time analog filter.
