逆向工程技术在汽车仪表盘零件开发中的应用

【摘要】 以汽车仪表盘为研究对象,通过激光扫描仪的非接触式测量获取零件曲面的点云数据,并利用Surfacer软件进行点云数据处理,且基于NURBS曲面重构理论进行零件曲面造型,最后利用Pro/Engi-neer软件完成汽车仪表盘的实体模型设计。与传统的设计方法相比,提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品的开发周期。

【Abstract】 The surface point clouds data of car dashboard parts were accessed by non-contact measuring of laser scanner.The data were processed with the Surfacer software.Free surface modelling of the car dashboard parts was constructed based on the theory of NURBS surface reconstruction.The solid model of the car dashboard was completed with the Pro/Engineer software.Compared to the traditional design methods,reverse engineering(RE) technology can improve work efficiency and shorten the development cycle of new products.
