【摘要】 选择合理的技术创新战略模式是企业技术创新成败的关键,对企业有着深远影响。运用因果关系图找出影响我国传统型中小企业技术创新战略模式的各层次关系和构成要素,然后运用AHP法分析比较了领先战略与跟随和模仿战略两种创新模式,得出目前我国传统型中小型企业应当以跟随和模仿创新为主,同时根据自身条件和环境的变化作出战略模式的调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 To choose a reasonable pattern of technological innovation strategies in technological innovation is the key to success,it has the profound impact on enterprises. The article uses the causes and effects relational graph to find out various levels relations and the integrant part of tradition small and medium -sized enterprise technological innovation strategic pattern,then apply AHP method to compare leading strategic and the followed and the imitation strategy,and draws out a conclusion that the tradition Medium&Small – sized enterprise should focus on the followed and the imitation strategy pattern,according to own condition and the environment change makes pattern adjustment of strategy at the same time.更多还原
