【摘要】 对优势和潜优势项目管理中应用价值工程进行了研究。结合河北省竞技体育优势、潜优势项目情况,介绍了价值工程工作的基本原理,对价值工程在优势和潜优势项目管理中的工作内容及程序进行了详细研究。根据VE理论,对优势与潜优势项目功能体系及其成本进行了分析,建立了优势和潜优势项目管理功能评价模型和价值评价方法,提出了价值工程活动组织体制与运行机制,文章最后提出结论和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article research on application of value engineering in management of advantage item and potential advantage item.Combine the advantage and latent advantage items in Hebei Province, introduced the basic principles of value engineering ,have been in progress to value engineering in the content and procedure working in advantage and latent advantage items administration studying detailedly.Project function system and their cost has carried out analysis according to VE theory , has established the advantage and latent advantage items management function appraisal model and the value assessment method, proposed the value engineering activity organization system and the operational mechanism.The article finally proposes the conclusion and the suggestion.更多还原
