【Abstract】 In the project construction,claims that landlords encounter are mainly from contractors.There are sorts of factors resulting in claims.This paper analyzes a variety of factors which may lead to the claims and quantifies these factors with the method AHP,then obtains the order of each factor’s importance according to the result of quantifying and comes out the main risk factors,and finally achieves the purposes that predicting the risk of claims and taking more active control.更多还原
