河北省中小企业外部支持体系发展探析
To Study on Developing of the External Supporting System in Small and Medium Enterprises of Hebei Province
【摘要】 概述了河北省中小企业发展现状,分析了河北省中小企业外部支持体系在法律政策、行政服务、融资和社会化服务体系方面存在的问题,并提出了若干建议和对策。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds development circumstance of Small and Medium Enterprises of Hebei province,analyses the existing problems on the law and policy,administrative service,Financing and social service system.And some practical measures are put forward to breed Small and Medium Enterprises.
