【摘要】 针对连铸机结晶器液压振动控制实现方式的多元化,深入分析了基于FM458功能模板的液压振动控制系统,结合系统组成分析FM458功能模板在控制系统中的作用、功能、扩展特性、通讯方式、运行特性。从硬件参数和软件程序设计2个方面给出了此模板在中薄板坯连铸机结晶器液压振动的控制系统中的具体的设计和研究,合理的硬件参数系统使输入/输出时序适配进而保障系统的稳定运行;控制程序通过PI调节器实现位置闭环控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contrapose to many various types of the mould control system.Analys the mould hydraulic oscillator control system based on function module FM458 deeply.Analys its signify much effect integrated with the system structure.Introducing its functions,expantion property,communication methord,running property.Analyzing its design and investigation on control system of the mould hydraulic osciallation of the middle thin slab caster from both hard parameters aspect and software design aspect.Appropriate hard parameters keep scheduling of the input/output,then keep the system smoothly running;close loop control system based on using the PI controller.更多还原
