基于模糊PID控制的高精度恒温槽设计
Design of Precision Thermostat Bath Based on Fuzzy-PID Control
【摘要】 在太阳能电池板PN结生产过程中,有效地控制扩散气体的恒温是至关重要的。以西门子S7-200为控制核心,设计了一种高精度恒温槽。介绍了恒温槽的硬件组成和软件实现。硬件部分由触摸屏、PLC、加热制冷装置、传感器及信号调理板等部分组成。对于温度的控制采用了模糊PID算法,该算法具有更大的灵活性,控制精度更高,控制稳定性更好的优点。实验表明,采用模糊PID控制算法能够很好地实现槽内温度的恒定,所设计的恒温槽在实际工作中控温精度达到0.1℃。
【Abstract】 It is essential to control constant temperature of diffuse gas effectively during solar panel PN knot production process.A precision thermostat bath is designed.The control core of thermostat bath is SIMATC S7-200.The hardware component and software achieving of thermostat bath are introduced.Hardware is composed of touch screen,PLC,heating equipment,refrigeration plant,sensor and signal conditioning board.Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is adopted in the temperature control unit,which has excellent flexibility,high control precision and control stability.The results of experiment show that adopting the fuzzy-PID control algorithm can attain aim of trough temperature stable.The accuracy of designed thermostat bath achieves 0.1 ℃ when it works.
