电脑绣花机视频运动检测分析
Vision Motion Detection and Analysis for Computer Embroidery Machine
【摘要】 基于双目高速视觉理论对电脑绣花机机头与主轴之间的运动特性进行检测与分析,完成了绣花机主运动双目视觉检测系统的实验室原理实验研究。对双目视觉检测系统进行检测标定工作,标定结果与相机标称参数相符。通过后期图像处理获得绣花机机头主轴运动检测数据,表明试验结果与理论曲线相符。上述测试方法为绣花机运动系统改进提供测试手段和设计参数。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of high-speed binocular vision,the motion characteristics between the spindle and nose of computer embroidery machine is tested and analyzed.The experiment research of laboratory principle on binocular vision detection system is finished.Detection on binocular vision system calibration work is being done.The calibration results fit the nominal parameters of the camera.Through the post-image processing the embroidery machine spindle head testing data is obtained.The results show that curve line fit with the theoretical curve.The above method of the test system can provide test methods and design parameters to improve embroidery machine motion system.
