变风量空调末端广义预测自校正控制

【摘要】 变风量空调具有非线性、大延时、时变等特点,被控对象的精确数学模型难以建立,对于此类系统常规PID控制难以取得理想控制效果。为了提高变风量空调控制的稳定性、保证室内舒适,将广义预测自校正控制应用于变风量空调末端控制。考虑到系统具有时变性,采用变遗忘因子最小二乘法在线辨识系统参数,实现在线自校正功能;采用隐式求解方法,减小了广义预测算法的计算量;结合串级控制结构,以变风量空调末端风阀开度为中间被调量,设计了串级广义预测自校正控制。建立变风量空调房间和末端装置的数学模型,在此基础上进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,广义预测自校正控制具有较强的跟踪性能、抗干扰能力及鲁棒性,能够满足变风量空调末端的控制要求。

【Abstract】 Nonlinear,large delay and time-varying are the main features of VAV air-conditioning,and the object controlled models are uncertain.So it is difficult for PID controller to achieve an ideal control effect due to those features.In order to improve the VAV control stability and ensure indoor comfort,the algorithm of generalized predictive control with self-adaptive is applied to the control of the VAV terminal unit.Variable forgetting factor least squares method is used to identify system parameters to achieve an online self-tuning function.In order to reduce the calculating volume of generalized predictive algorithm,implicit solution method is used.The cascade generalized predictive control system is designed by combining generalized predictive control and cascade control.In this system,the VAV terminal valve opening is an intermediate controlled variable.The VAV air-condition room model and terminal unit model are established,then computer simulation is carried out.The simulation result shows that this method has features of good tracking performance,anti-interference capability and the robustness.It meets the VAV terminal control requirements.
