一种改进的犯罪现场指纹提取与增强算法

【摘要】 传统的犯罪现场的指纹数据采集通常基于物理或化学处理方法,提取指纹时对物证损伤较大,针对此问题,提出一套基于纯软件图像处理指纹提取与增强算法。采用非接触扫描或拍照的方式获得含有指纹的图像,将其与参考图像进行几何上和光度上的配准,利用图像精确配准技术从图像中提取指纹,然后进一步利用小波域算法对指纹图像进行增强。实验表明该算法简单易行,提取指纹效果较好,且具备对物证损伤较小的特点。

【Abstract】 Traditional fingerprint acquisition methods of a scene of the crime are based on physical or chemical reaction. Material evidence could be damaged when extracting fingerprint.A practical fingerprint extraction and enhancement algorithm is presented based on software processing.The image affiliated with fingerprint is obtained by the way of non-contiguity scanning or photographying.The fingerprint is extracted from the image utilizing accurate registration technique,and the fingerprint image is enhanced by wavelet domain algorithm further.Experiment results show that this algorithm is simple and applicable.
