【摘要】 本文以柏林库尔登大街206-209地块的改造为研究对象,通过查阅历史和官方资料及实地调研访问,对库尔登商业综合体的周边环境及地块本身的所有权变化、功能变化和空间变化做了系统整理,并为双剧院地块提供改造方案,解决现有空间问题,协调各社会力量的利益,为库尔登商业综合体地块的未来发展提供一种可操作的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investigation includes the complicated variation of the property right, the functions as well as the spatial strategies of the surrounding areas and twin theaters plot itself through the study of historical materials, offi cial information, newspapers, the reports and the interviews of the publics, i.e. governmental offi cials, property owners, administrators, residents and passersby. The proposal of twin theaters’ plot by the author is brought forward in order to bring the plot better ideas for future development.更多还原
