畜禽规模养殖环境智能调控系统的研制

【摘要】 研制了畜禽规模养殖环境智能调控系统,系统的机械部分由雾化降温装置、通风装置、补光及消毒装置等构成;控制部分采用了上位机与多个智能终端相结合的分布式结构,并通过无线RF建立了无线测控网;智能终端研制中选用了集程度高且具有超低功耗特点的MSP430F149;系统的运行采用了模糊智能控制算法,在开发模糊控制系统原型的基础上,选择并输入相应现场参数即可快捷地构建出实用而可靠的模糊控制系统;高温季节实验结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,降温速度快且效果明显,5分钟之内即将舍内高温度调整到了设定温度值。

【Abstract】 An intelligent environment control system was developed for scale livestock breeding.The mechanical part of the system was made by the atomization cooling devices,ventilation devices,light up and disinfection devices etc;A distributed measurement and control structure was built by upper PC and a number of smart terminals.And a wireless monitor and control network was built by RF also.The MSP430FG4619 was selected as terminal microprocessor for its outstanding performance and ultra-low consumption power.Fuzzy control algorithm was used and a prototype fuzzy control system was developed for realization intelligent control.And a practical and reliable fuzzy control system can be built quickly by adding appropriate input parameters to the prototype.The results show that the temperature cools down very fast in high-temperature season and it takes only 5 minutes to adjust the temperature to set value.
