基于PQCM和FPGA的空间应用分子污染监测仪设计
Design of the Device Based on PQCM and FPGA for Monitoring and Measuring Molecular Contamination in Spacecraft
【摘要】 在航天器研制过程中如何精确地对分子污染进行检测和量化,从而为有效采取适当的污染控制和预防措施提供帮助是一个很迫切的问题;对现有同类产品进行研究后,利用了FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)技术,设计了一个带温度控制15MHz压电石英晶体微量天平(PQCM),形成了微量分子污染物监测仪的核心,为了便于对多点进行监测,通过RS485通信接口将它设计成了网络型;特别是FPGA技术的使用,满足了空间应用高集成度、高可靠性、小体积、重量轻、功耗低、速度快、精度高的苛刻要求。
【Abstract】 The device of the thermal controlled 15MHz quartz crystal microbalance based on FPGA(field programmable gate array) technology was developed for monitoring molecular pollution in this paper.In order to monitor more place,it was became Network by RS485 communication interface.The main purpose of the device is for spacecraft monitoring and measuring molecular contamination during the developing process,so it is to help in taking effectively pollution control and preventive measures.Main contents in the paper are to analysis the working principle of PQCM and design thinking of measuring circuit and the thermal controlled circuit.Especially,because of using FPGA,the design is better than similar equipment designed;it meets the stringent requirements in space,such as high level of integration,high reliability,small size,light weight,low power consumption,high speed,and high accuracy.
