基于FMEA/FTA的嵌入式软件故障诊断模型与应用
Model and Application of Embedded Software Fault Diagnosis Based on FMEA/FTA
【摘要】 嵌入式软件测试过程往往会出现一些随机发生的关键疑难故障,定位这些故障将耗费大量的时间和精力,然而,目前对于嵌入式软件故障诊断技术的研究还比较少,而且尚未发现利用FMEA和FTA等可靠性分析技术以及贝叶斯网络技术的嵌入式软件故障诊断研究;因此,文中结合嵌入式软件的特点,运用FMEA和FTA综合分析方法,将贝叶斯网络技术与FMEA和FTA分别结合,提出一种基于贝叶斯网络FMEA/FTA的嵌入式软件故障诊断模型,并举出实例加以验证,指导软件测试人员找出故障;实例应用表明,这种模型有助于提高软件故障诊断效率和保证软件质量。
【Abstract】 It will cost a lot of time to locate crucial and difficult faults in testing process of embedded software.Currently,the fault diagnosis studying of embedded software is still rare.Besides,there are no use of Bayesian networks and reliability analysis techniques such as FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) in this area.Therefore,considering the characteristics of embedded software,the paper gives a fault diagnosis model of embedded software based on Bayesian networks and FMEA/FTA and shows an example,which could guide software testing engineers to find faults.It is shown that the model could advance the efficiency of fault diagnosis and assure the quality of software.
