【摘要】 目的针对临床实验室自动化程度的不断提高,建立和完善信息化实时监控的校验规则,实现检测全程质量控制和管理。方法通过医院信息系统(HIS)和实验室信息系统(LIS)之间的信息互换,建立检测流程与各类检测仪器的信息采集,实现操作节点状态信息的规则校验,及时提示失误或警告,对标本的检测实行全过程信息化监控。结果通过信息化系统对检验标本全过程的节点监控措施,能够有效地保障检验结果的准确可靠。结论具备实时监控功能的临床实验室信息系统,可有效提高实验室工作效率,是检验质量控制的必要措施,对保障患者安全目标具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To realize quality control and management of whole detection process,and to establish the check rule of on-time monitoring.Methods By collecting information of detecting process and instruments through information exchange between HIS and LIS,computer system can check the state of pitch point information and point out the error and warnings in time.Results Monitoring the pitch point of information in the detecting process can efficiently ensure accuracy and reliability of the result.Conclusion LIS with on-time monitoring is a necessary measure to guarantee the quality control,which is very important to improve the efficiency and protect the benefits of patients.更多还原
