【摘要】 目的探讨Westgard多规则质量控制在提高临床生化分析质量方面的应用价值。方法不同浓度值的3个质控物,通过对8个临床化学常用项目近千次的质控数据进行分析。结果多规则质控能较好地对误差作出分析,有利于提高检验项目的精密度和准确度,在判断检验结果的可接受方面,具有简便易行的特点,适合临床实验室应用。结论保证全程的质量是检验科管理中的重中之重,检验科应建立一个长效持续改进机制,有效地保证检验的全程质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the applicable value of Westgard multi-rule quality control in improving the quality of clinical biochemical examination.Methods Three quality control preparations with different concentrations were measured for eight items of clinical biochemical parameters for thousands of times.The test results were analyzed.Results Westgard multi-rule control method can find the bias and possess good precision and accuracy in improving the quality of clinical biochemical examination.The method was convenient and easy for judging the acceptability of test results,suitable for use in clinical laboratories.Conclusion To ensure the quality of the whole laboratory process is vital for laboratory management.We should establish a long-term and continuous quality improvement mechanism in order to ensure the quality of the whole laboratory process.更多还原
