【摘要】 目的了解阿米卡星对耐药结核分支杆菌是否有效。方法5种不同浓度的抗结核药物培养基内加入结核分支杆菌浓度为0.1mg/mL的菌液0.1mL,4周后观察耐药情况。结果5种抗结核药物不同浓度,对结核分支杆菌有不同的敏感性和耐药性,其中以加入阿米卡星药物抗菌活性良好。结论阿米卡星为二线抗结核药物,对治疗耐药结核分支杆菌有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate availability of amikacin to mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods The mycobacterium tuberculosis solution(0.1 mg/mL,0.1 mL)was added into the mediums of five different concentrations of antituberculosis drugs.Four weeks later,the condition of drug resistance was viewed.Results Five different concentrations of antituberculosis drugs displayed different sensitivity and resistance,in which amikacin exerted strong antibacterial activity.Conclusion As a second choice antituberculosis drug,amikacin is effective for the treatment of drug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis infection.更多还原
