【摘要】 目的观察相控阵热疗法配合灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔或腹腔(下称胸腹腔)积液的近期疗效。方法两组均采用胸腹腔闭式引流,尽量引净积液,给予胸腹腔内注药:白细胞介素-2(IL-2)200万～300万单位,顺铂40～60mg,(丝裂霉素,五氟尿嘧碇),每周1次,共注射2～3次。联合组每次注药后2h内给予相控阵热疗50～60min,温度41～43.5℃,每周1～2次,共8～10次;对照组单给予灌注化疗观察近期疗效及不良反应。结果联合组有效率92%,对照组有效率60%,两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热疗配合灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腹腔积液,能有效控制胸(腹)水,无明显不良反应,能明显改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the short term therapeutic effect of phased array hyperthermia treatment combined with perfusion chemotherapy to cure malignant pleural & peritoneal effusion.Methods All patients underwent closed thoracic or celiac drainage to drain the effusion as much as possible,and received intracelial medication(IL-2 2 000 000-3000 000 IU;cisplatin 40-60 mg;mitomycin & 5-FU,once a week,2 or 3 times in total).The combined group received phased array hyperthermia treatment for 50-60 minutes within 2 hours after perfusion of medicine,temperature 41℃-43.5℃,1 or 2 times per week,8-10 times in total;the control group merely received perfusion chemotherapy.The short term curative effect and adverse reaction were observed.Results The effective rate of the combined group and the control group was 92% and 60% respectively.There was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased array hyperthermia treatment combined with perfusion chemotherapy is effective to cure malignant pleural & peritoneal effusion,and it can effectively control effusion,improve the life quality of patients,and has no adverse reaction.更多还原
