【摘要】 目的比较临床常用的角膜缘干细胞移植术和单纯胬肉切除术+丝裂霉素C治疗原发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法85例90眼患者随机分为两组,A组:44眼采用角膜缘干细胞移植术;B组46眼采用单纯胬肉切除术术中应用丝裂霉素。术后随访12月。结果A组42眼治愈,2眼复发;B组36眼治愈,10眼复发。两组治疗复发率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论角膜缘干细胞移植术翼状胬肉复发率低,术后患者恢复快,是一种值得推广应用理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical curative effects of two common treatments for primary pterygium in clinic: limbus corneae stem cell transplantation and simple pterygium excision combined with mitomycin-C.Methods 90 eyes of 85 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups: Group A(n=44,limbus corneae stem cell transplantation was performed) and Group B(n=46,simple pterygium excision combined with mitomycin-C was given);post-operation follow-up lasted for 12 months.Results In Group A,42 eyes recovered while reoccurrence was found in 2 eyes;in Group B,36 eyes recovered while reoccurrence was found in 10 eyes;there existed a significant difference in the reoccurrent rate between the 2 groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Limbus corneae stem cell transplantation for pterygium leads to low reoccurrent rate but quick recovery after surgery,it is worthy of application in clinic.更多还原
