【摘要】 简要介绍了统计过程控制(SPC)的原理和基于SPC过程监控软件的结构设计和具体实现方法,以及用SPC监控过程的方法,并给出了相应的实例。开发了基于SPC的监控过程的软件系统,用软件可以实时分析生产过程情况,对异常情况提前预测,并给出合理化建议,从而控制生产过程的波动情况,使过程更稳定、直观、易控。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces briefly the principle of SPC,and introduces importantly the structure design and specific realization means of SPC process monitoring software.It provides the way of monitoring process applying SPC and gives one case to verity its trueness.It establishes the process monitoring software based on SPC.We can analyze process state in time,predict the abnormal condition of process,and provide some reasonable suggestions on basis of the SPC software.So we can control the process fluctuation and make process more steady,visual and controlled easily.更多还原
