【摘要】 高等教育自学考试制度是具有中国特色的高等教育形式,其国家合法权威地位通过《高等教育自学考试暂行条例》和《高等教育法》得以正式确立,并且得到了国家领导人、专家学者、自考学生等社会各界人士的普遍认可。自学考试制度以开放灵活的办学形式完善了中国的高等教育结构体系,扩大了公众的教育机会,有效整合各类社会教育资源,为国家培养大量应用型人才。自学考试不仅构建了终身教育所倡导的开放型教育制度,而且实践着终身教育的学习理念,为终身教育整合社会各类教育资源搭建了立交桥,成为终身教育体系中的最佳教育形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Self-taught higher education examinations is one form of higher education with Chinese characteristics and its legal status is established through the Provisional Regulations of the Self-taught Higher Education Examinations and Higher Education Act. It is universally approved by all walks of life such as state leaders, scholars and self-learners. By open and flexible forms, it improves the structural system of China’s higher education, increases the educational opportunity for the public, integrates educational resources in society effectively and trains a large number of men for profession. In addition, it not only establishes the open educational system initiated by lifelong education, but also puts into practice the learning idea of lifelong education, and builds the overpass for lifelong education to integrate educational resources in society.
