【摘要】 自学考试灵活自主开放的学习方式,可以成为农村人力资源开发的重要手段与途径。自学考试改革在政策规定方面要进行有利于农村青年参加,包括用财政或其它政策性资金资助农村青年参加自学考试,将自学考试与职业技术教育、职业技能资格考核相结合,专业设置重点放在专科层次的实用技术性专业上,在课程设置上突出现代生产技术与实际操作技能的训练,适当降低专业门槛,相对提高取得专业合格证书的成功比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Self-taught higher education examinations is a flexible and independent way of learning, which is an important means for developing rural human resources. Its reform is supposed to benefit rural youth in such policies as using financial fund or policies to support rural youth for attending examinations, combining it with both professional and technical education and professional skill assessment, putting emphasis on the practicability of major setting, attaching great importance to the training on both modern production technology and actual operation skills of curricula, and lowering major standards properly in order to increase the rate of obtaining professional certificates.更多还原
