【摘要】 目的探讨关节镜下清理及灌洗技术治疗糖尿病合并化脓性膝关节炎的疗效。方法对43例糖尿病合并化脓性膝关节炎采用关节镜下关节清理术,术后持续冲洗引流,通过定期随访进行疗效评定。结果43例糖尿病合并化脓性膝关节炎患者关节功能恢复良好,按膝关节损伤功能评定标准评分,优31例,良8例,可4例,优良率90.7%。结论采用关节镜下清理、灌洗技术治疗糖尿病合并化脓性膝关节炎,治疗时间短、恢复快、术后可早期功能锻炼,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of purulent knee arthritis and diabetes patients with debridement under arthroscopy and continuous lavage.Methods 43 patients with purulent knee arthritis and diabetes were treated with debridement under arthroscopy and continuous lavage after operation.Results All the patients were cured without relapse,with 31 cases excellent,8 cases good,and 4 cases fair.The"excellent"and"good"rate is 90.7%.Conclusion Debridement under arthroscopy and continuous lavage has a good therapeutic effect on purulent knee arthritis and diabetes patients.It is an ideal therapeutic method leading to satisfactory recovery and patients can do early function exercises postoperatively.更多还原
