【摘要】 本文结合哈尔滨学院软件工程专业培养应用型软件人才的实践经验,提出了"三零五化"的人才培养思想和"三三一"的办学理念,架构了基于校企合作的"2.5+1.5"应用型软件人才培养模式和四位一体的培养方案,设置了相应的课程体系,阐述了在师资队伍建设、教学改革、校企合作构建产学研一体化平台和力争学校、政府企业、三力合一等方面所采取的相应举措。对应用型本科院校人才培养具有参考价值。更多还原
