【摘要】 本文在分析地质类跨专业生源的研究生对硕士点建设利弊的基础上,总结了对整体提高这类研究生培养质量的思考、探索与实践:采取有效措施,提高生源质量;强化跨专业学生的地质基础,培养地质思维能力;制定指导跨专业研究生导师规范,明确对导师的要求;制定因人而异的培养计划,选好研究方向;制定跨专业研究生须知,培养学生的自律能力;严格中期检查,把好毕业答辩关。这些措施的实施有的已初见成效,有些还有待时间和实践检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of cross-speciality geology postgraduates on the construction of master program, this paper summarizes the thinking, exploration and practice of improving the training quality of this kind of postgraduates, that is to take effective measures to enhance the quality of student source, to strengthen the geological foundation of cross-speciality students and train their geological thinking, to establish regulations of cross-speciality postgraduate tutors to define the requirements to the tutors, to make suitable training plans for different students according to their personal circumstances and choose the research directions carefully, to establish notice of cross-speciality postgraduate and enhance their self-discipline capacity and to carry out the mid-term inspection and graduation reply strictly. The implementation of some of the measures mentioned above has already obtained some achievement, and others remain to be tested by time and practice.更多还原
