110kV变电站母线穿墙施工方法及工艺研究

【摘要】 介绍了110 kV变电站母线穿墙时的两种施工方法,一是穿墙套管安装方式,二是安装穿墙隔板的方式,分析了两种施工方法的工艺过程以及穿墙套管安装方式中的混凝土穿墙板和金属穿墙板的施工工艺细节,并就两种不同安装方法进行了比较。结果表明,在母线和穿墙套管连接处使用的线夹中,SY-□/B型线夹比其他两种型号的线夹好。该安装工艺可避免发生因穿墙施工质量问题及母线穿墙接地而发生的事故。

【Abstract】 Two construction methods,wall bushing and through-wall partition board,for through-wall of bus-bars in 110 kV substations were stated and the processes were analyzed.The construction procedure and details of wall bushing method that applies concrete and metal through-wall board were respectively illustrated.Comparison of the two construction ways shows that the cable cleat type SY-□/B used in joining bus-bar and wall bushing has a better quality.The construction technique can avoid accidents due to bad through-wall construction quality and through-wall grounding of bus-bars.
