牙齿根管建模与分析方法的研究
Research on Method of Modeling and Analysis of Tooth Canal
【摘要】 以人体离体的上颌第一磨牙为对象,提出了一种基于Micro-CT扫描数据的牙根管建模与分析方法:以Micro-CT扫描数据为基础,结合三维重建软件Mimics和多种CAD软件,精确地构建出带有根管、牙槽骨结构的牙齿模型以及牙根管中心线,并进行了牙齿力学分析和根管中心线分析。解决了以往牙齿建模分析方法中缺少牙槽骨模型的问题,探讨了精确比较预备前、后牙齿力学性能变化和根管中心线变化的方法,为评估根管治疗效果和治疗方案提供可量化的参考。
【Abstract】 It presents a flow of constructing and analysis of tooth canal on the basis of micro-CT scan date of tooth.Combining with several of CAD software and finite element analysis system,it constructs a precise 3-D model of tooth and alveolar bone and centerline of tooth canal.This project solves problem which lacks of alveolar bone in modeling and analysis of tooth.And on the base of this,it discusses a way of researching the change of mechanics capability and centerline of tooth canal before and after preparation.This can provide quantified references for evaluating curative effect and treatment.
