有限元分析中单元类型的选择
The choice of element type in FEA
【摘要】 有限元分析(FEA,Finite Element Analysis)为解决复杂的工程分析、计算问题提供了有效的途径,为新产品的开发提供了最佳的优化方案。一个有限元模型分析的成败关键在于有限元分析的前处理,计算以及后处理,其中前处理中单元类型的选择尤其重要,直接决定着分析的精度与效率,对此以ANSYS为例分析探讨了在建立有限元分析模型时单元类型的选择,为新产品的设计提供了参考。
【Abstract】 At present the finite element analysis(FEA,Finite Element Analysis) is applied in massive project domain,in order to solute complex project analysis,which provides the effective way and also provide the best optimization plan for the new product′s development.The successful key of a finite element model analysis lies in the preprocessor analysis,computation as well as post-processing,the element type choice in preprocessor is especially important,which directly decides analyzing precision and efficiency,therefore,in the article,taking ANSYS as the example,the choice of element type is discussed when the establishment finite element model is built and aslo provide the references for new product design.
